Melody's design career began at Purdue University School of Technology where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer graphics. She then built on the foundation of her advanced software skills by working for Fort Wayne's top marketing agencies, as well as running her own design firm, Market Design.

Melody's work as a graphic designer has involved perfecting her creative process, developing expert client relation skills and proficiently managing projects. She has honed her skills and continues to create designs for many forms of media. Her clients have represented many industries including healthcare, manufacturing, financial, technology, education, and humanitarian services. Recently Melody earned a Master of Arts degree in graphic design and photography at the University of Saint Francis.
